Caption on this ones says the photo is from 1929, does anyone know year and model of the car?

I saw these photos in the Library of Congress' website. Says it's a 1921 but I found their descriptions aren't always correct. Does anyone here know the year for sure?

Here's another one, also identified by Library of Congress as a 1921. Looks like it may be a prototype for the Army but I'm only guessing. I'm not very familiar with the early Fords:

Obviously not a Ford, but it is my Grandfather John F. Webber of Ottumwa Iowa in 1916. What is the car? Packard??

Appreciate your help.

Thanks,

Dick Webber

Hey y'all, I don't know if you've seen this picture before; I found it on the Library of Congress' website/archives.

I certainly don't know too much about T's as they were quite awhile before my time but - I'm guessing that these are T motors.

Can any of you experts confirm?
