Old bearings

I have an 8ba and the bearings that are on it look really good.Should they be re-used?

Plastigage is your friend,

If they spec out and look clean I would use them.

A lot of times you can use the mains, plastic gages them, usually the rod are worn, I think I would hate to use the rod bearings. Walt
