Oildrop on distributor

Hello!
I have a 1937 flathead with the divers helmet distributor. Can someone please explain me where you drop the needed oil drops for lubrication? I have read it should be on the passenger side. The attached photo have an highlighted red spot, is this the correct place? Is this bolt just to unwind?

Thats the spot. It is a little spring-loaded flapper. Open the flapper and the oil goes in a little cup. It seeps around the bushing at the end of the distributor to lubricate the end of the shaft.
