I was wanting to know if anyone has used either style oil slinger. I know there is a diffrance in cost and i know alot of time you get what you pay for. Any feed back would be helpful. Thanks

Either work just fine. The ring gear if original needs to be tapped for the new bolts, but not a big deal.
Original ring gears are #14 x 24 thd, the new ring gear and slinger bolts are modern 1/4" x 24 thd.
Once used cheap 'L' brackets from the hardware store, but after a few hundred miles they bent over some, from pushing the oil....the new slingers are purpose made of stiff thick metal.
Oh....be sure to use Locktite on the threads, you don't want to sling off a slinger
