Yesterday was our last day of school and a few of us decied to take the old tractors to school. I decided to take the model T and surprise them all. Our t is a 25 TT truck, On my way to school i noticed that it did not have much power like it usually does and kept poping and spitting. I figured it was the sparkplugs fouled out since i replaced them with one colder....well tonight i pulled the sparkplugs and found them all to be white porclin!!..but No. 2. the motor has good compression on all but No. 2. So i checked the valves and they are opening and closing fine. I am starting to think the piston is cracked or the rings gave out. Has anyone ever had this happen?

Put #2 at TDC on compression and add compressed air to the cylinder and listen at the tailpipe, carb throat and crank case oil fill, maybe you will hear a hiss and be able to tell which is leaking.
