The odometer in my 31 coupe has never worked for as long as I've owned the car, but the speedometer works great. Today I decided to disassemble it all, and I've found the culprit. The first (1/10th mile) odometer wheel must have gotten stuck decades ago, and the little cam on the inside of the wheel that trips the next wheel has been worn off.
Does anyone know a source for odometer parts, specifically an individual wheel? I'd love to be able so just swap a new one in, vs. spending $100+ on a rebuilt speedo. It's a round speedometer, and I believe it's a Stewart Warner.
