Odd measurement request

I need to know the distance of the first spark plug to the radiator. Need the measurement to meet rules of a racing class.

If you are racing the radiator can be moved to fit any requirement I would think. Someone will go measure for you but just build as needed. Can't you measure on the car you will be racing?
