Odd Ball Black Model T Coupe

This Model T is in Manilla and has a set of fenders on it that look like the came off of some other brand of car that must have been 10 years older than it. I guess the other possibility is that they were made there in Manilla. They do seem to fit the car quite well from what little of it you can see.

Can anyone add anything to this mystery?

Looks like a high radiator,with suicide doors? Those were last used in 1922. Fenders definitly look aftermarket.
