OD cable bracket location 56 customline

Car did not come from factory with OD. I am putting in the cable and would like to see if anyone could give me the measurment on the cable bracket under the dash. From some pictures I have seen I believe they are right of the column. Need the distance from center of the right column screw to the left leading edge of the cable bracket.
Thanks any help would be appreciated.
 
Look at the bottom edge of the dash, the holes should be there. On my 55, the handle was about 10 to 12 inches to the right of the column.
