I was at a tractor swap meet,... And just as I walk by a spot,... A buddy says to me,... you need that for your shop !,.... I look back as a guy was putting this out in his space,.....

Had one similar that I sold at my auction several years ago. didn't have the sander and drill attahment. Used it to install linings on tractor brake drums and discs. Could also install clutch linings on some of the older tractors.
