They really don't do it to be miserable.In the city of Manchester the streets between the old factories and residential buildings were made for horses and buggies.The streets are truly 2 lanes,and if you block one,everything is blocked.When the cops come along they will direct the traffic around you,because with you in the road it becomes one lane.They'll help until a tow truck gets there,but not while you stand there and tinker.If you're not blocking any traffic,and you're not taking up parking in front of an apartment or business,they'll ignore you for the most part.They don't care if somebody comes along and drags you off with a piece of string,as long as the traffic can move again.

Hello everyone, got the Model A running with old distributor, but now engine is much noisier, and smoking out of oil filler so now I think I have bigger problems. Thanks for all the replies , appreciate it.
