I have four NOS T shape door check straps that are close but not identical to the ones in the Judging Standards. They are 6 inches overall length end to end. There are four holes at the end that fastens to the door and the JS shows two. The "T" end has half circles instead of holes on the JS pictured T shaped part. If you can use them they are pair for $30 including Priority postage in USA nor all four for $55 including Priority postage in USA.
