This NOS original Ford flathead cam is in excellent condition. The original factory applied cosmoline coating is still covering the cam. The brown colors in the pictures are not rust its the coating used to preserve original Ford parts. This coating can be seen in the distributer drive slot as well as in the gear teeth at the rear of the cam. The cam lobes and bearing journals as well as the fuel pump push rod surface are factory new having never been installed in an engine.
The 5 T factory stamping can be seen in the first photo the cam has the correct extension for the distributer drive which designates its the 91A-6240 part number. Its getting a lot harder to find any internal original NOS flathead parts
