Here is a VERY rare opportunity to buy a set of NOS 25 tooth Lincoln gear set for your Ford or Lincoln transmission. I purchased a transmission that was rebuilt in the late 50's and never used. Everything in it was new. I really have no desire to run Lincoln gears in anything so I swapped the gears with Ford gears. All I had to do to clean these up is use solvent to clean some lube off. Not sandblasted or wire wheeled. These gears are in mint condition. The second gear does have a couple surface rust spots, it will clean off easily. This was just from moisture in the case in an area were there was no oil on the parts. I counted the teeth on all gears and they are as follows:
Cluster: 25, 22, 18, 14
Input gear: 19
2nd gear: 24
I found online the ratio for these is:
Low: 2.12
2nd: 1.44
3rd: 1.00
This is the highest gear set Ford made for early 3 speed transmissions. See pics below. I am asking 850.00 shipped in the US. I see company's like Bob Drake carry new gears, they only offer 26 tooth sets and they are 725.00...I have also heard they are made off shore and not the highest quality.
