Non ford moto meter ?//

This is not ford but I figured with all the expertise here someone might know what I don’t ( not hard). Somewhere in the last 50 years someone gave it to me.

Looks like the part (probe?) that holds it to the cap is missing. The 2ed link talks about the meter and without reading the whole thing, should tell how it works.

So let's see...it was $10 new, but now it is used and old and missing the cap...how 'bout $7.50 and you say "sold".
