No spark!

I've narrowed my no spark trouble to the terminal box. I wired it correctly and all the connections on both posts look fine, but when I push and pull on the amp meter wires it looses amps. I'm goin NUTS! Is the box supposed to be grounded?

No, both terminal posts MUST NOT be grounded.
Some repro terminal boxes have a problem with the post touching the firewall.

The ammeter itself may be bad.

Either the special slotted nut on the meter may be loose, or the thumb nuts on the meter may be loose. To bypass the meter and it's two short wires, just jump a wire between the two terminal box cover nuts.

Combination of the ammeter, keyed ignition, stuck cut-off switch AND GREMLINS! Also timed the truck while we were at it. She's runnin fantastic now, AND I've learned a lot in the process but my God what a pain in the *** lol..............
