That looks like a custom extended cab!!!

I believe that was an available "aftermarket body" which was widely used on all makes in the 1920s/30s. The two horizontal bands (reflection) are the tell.

Google AI reply to "Aftermarket Parry Body."

A "Parry Body Model A Ford" refers to a Ford Model A car that has been customized with a body manufactured by the company "Martin Parry," which was known for producing a variety of aftermarket bodies, including station wagon-style "Suburban" bodies, for the Model A chassis, often featuring unique features like enclosed tops and additional storage options.
There have been a number of Parry Bodies shown in the literature. The pickup is common. I can't say I have seen a "Suburban" station wagon style, but the possibility makes sense.

A Martin-Parry "station wagon" has been discussed here. https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showthread.php?t=54278

I'm with Joe. It sure looks like a "Model 506-B Imperial Cab Top Express Body" made by Martin-Parry where the rear bed has been replaced with a phone company specific cabinet on the back.

Here's that Model 506-B from the original Martin-Parry catalog:

561974

Note the side trim band through the door handles, the shape of the cab roof, the shape of the sun visor end and the vertical window behind the side door.

Searching my search terms above, one finds MANY images of Martin-Parry bodies. It seems to have been widely applied during the Model T era, and extended somewhat even into the mid 1950s when the company was absorbed by another.

A site exists commemorating MP Company. Interesting look back AND there is a registry of vehicles.

When driving in the hills in North Carolina I spied a number of Model A's parked outside. I stopped and introduced myself and the older gentleman who lived there showed me the cars inside as well as a small junkyard outside. In the junkyard was an old Bell Telephone truck will all the tools and spare parts in place.
