Newbie question -52 F1

I,ve lubed all on my 52 F1 but the the rear axle has a sealed roller bearing. 69 years old? Is the old grease still viable? Should I change the bearings?

thats simple if they dont have play or make niose when you spin the axle then there's nothing wrong [as they say if it not broke dont try to fix it ]
