Well right or wrong I'm hauling it home. I ended up giving $6000 for it. I tried to post a video of it running but I couldn't get it to load. Thank you all for the replies and help. I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions in the near future.
Like mitch said, good price! At that price it's worth to put some money into it. Try posting the video on YouTube, I want to hear it run! I love the thrill of a new find! Oh and here are the pictures flipped.
Remember, beauty is only skin deep. A Guy bought a MOST BEAUTIFUL Museum Car & spent almost $7,000.00, making it safe & driveable!!! He said it would have been cheeper to buy the Dinosauer skeleton, & brought it BACK to LIFE! Bill W.
I note the dust color are off the gen and starter. $2 items, but indicative of something else like carelessness. The hangy thing off the filler tube is a different model that I'm familiar with. Hopefully she doesn't breath oil fumes too bad. I hope you grab her.
Looks like a good buy to me.
I see someone installed 30-1 stainless headlamps on it. My 29 Tudor came the same way, and it took me awhile to find nice 29 headlamps.
