New Year plans?

I know my plans keep changing on me as I am sure yours do, but what events are you looking to attend this year? I have my Tahoe reservations, but the cost to get the car there might derail it (need to find a way to use frequent flyer miles to move a car)..... Also want to hit Hershey this year.

My wife and I keep saying we're going to make it down to the Henry Ford museum which is about 3 hours from where we live but haven't made it yet. Maybe 2013 will be the year we make it happen. We would love to go to Hershey also but I don't see that happening this year.

My 33, 5 window deluxe coupe has a rumble seat that I hate. I want to convert it to trunk so when we tour I can use it to put my tools and other junk in the trunk. I have a Columbia that I have been going to install for 3 years. The steering I would love to put 39 steering in the car. I have had the 33 for 40 years or so.My grand-daughters just left to go back home loaded with a lot of my goodies I guess. I have collected silver since I was a boy. Half dollars and silver dollars. weight 30 pounds,my pocket watches 20 of them rings that I don't wear I gave all this to the girls. They clean me out. This summer they are going to learn to drive the Model T's and if they do they get one. They are in college now and doing well. Electric Eng. which is a bit tough. She had all A's one B. Better then I could do.I am thinking about giving her the 33 for grad. She likes the car a lot.I always make it equal with both of them. This is my plan for this year. The grandkids get it all.

Redneck, I just traced my roots back to birth and realized we are related ;). Put me down for that standard tudor sedan ('38 or '39??) that you picked up several years ago or second choice would be that '35 pickup. LOL :).

My bigest plans for 2013 will be to drive my '35 fordor sedan from Maryland to Lake Tahoe and back. I talked the family into moving our 40 year traditional week at the beach from June to July and they were not happy about that.
Have two other tours in the plans for this year. I hope the old Ford and I can make them all together.

Plans of plenty! Last 4 months have been moving in to my new house with a bigger yard. What a freaking job that was!! This years plans is to build a big shop so I can get back to restoring cars. My 35 fordor slant back is waiting on me, plus I got a line on a 66 Ranchero. ( my new side street is El Rancho Dr.) Happy New Year Everyone!!!!

My primary plan is too finally (after a five year build) move into our "new" house and convert the apartment in the garage back to garage space...:D:cool:

My plan, goal or whatever is to get my '46 back on the road. One of those cases where a 6 week job turned into a nearly 2 year job. Very frustrating, at least to me. Have finally decided to ignore the "while you're there" syndrome (you know, you're working on "a" and while you're there, you get involved with "b", "c" and "d". Would love to be able to take the car to Indianapolis or Auburn before the year is over.

I think we just added another road trip to our 2013 plans. While watching the old boob tube I see they have a John Dillinger museum in Hammond Indiana. I'm thinking this is going to be another road trip for us.
