would the corn head john deer work in my 34 steering box

Ora, It probaly would, It would be worth a Try. I use Penrite Steering Box Lube, it is heavier than 600W ford used, and a little lighter then Corn Head Grease. Here is a catalog link where you can buy the Penirite lube

7090 is part number I have, haven't found a good used one. I've oiled and smacked it a bit and it doesn't feel too bad now, was very stiff and tight at first. I think I'll use it with cornhead grease and see what happens. THanks for help
