I am new to the ford barn and I notice some are member and others are junior members and still others are senio members,How does that work? I would also like to put a picture of my car I am working on with my name as others do. How do i do that?

jr members are those with less than 50 posts, members are those with 50 to 100 posts, senior members are those with 100 and more posts
 
The picture by your name is an "avatar." To get an avatar, go to the top of this screen and click on "User CP." Go down to "edit avatar." Grab a picture from your files and slap it in. That's all! Welcome!

PS: While you're at it, you can "edit signature" to come up with something like my "Don't never...." that will appear in each post you make.

Spike, Welcome to the FordBarn, we're in the Tampa area and we have a bunch of flathead guys that get together most weekends. PM me if you like and I'll give you more info.

Thanks to all of you for the worm welcome.I do not know alot about these cars but back in the day I had a 50 conv. I put 7 Trans. in. I quess that damn speeding shifting thing.The one I have now still has the same trans.

Welcome to the Barn. You are lucky because just up the road in Punta Gorda is Skip Haney's shop and also the winter home of GM. 2 guys that are always ready to help flat motor folks.
