just picked up this 1930 model A two weeks ago. Dint run for the last 5 or 6 years. Cleaned the points, changed the oil and added some new gas. It's great! I got about 200miles on it since. Its quite a difference From the 48 ford F-1!

Welcome hemiphil,

I can tell that it is a Canadian car by the looks of the outside bumper clamps and the Cast Motor Mounts. I have a '30 Canadian Standard Phaeton.
Good luck and stay warm.

Welcome to the barn. Good looking car and one of the few I have seen without a heater hole cut in the firewall. Curiosity makes me ask, what are the two dimples in the firewall close to the sediment bowl for?

Nice car, see if you can join a club, and get some help with some of the possible problem area's.
dieppe canada..... Is that the one in New Brunswick?

They look like hole plugs, like at one time it might have had a hot water heater in it.

Dieppe Canada,

Didn't your community host a bunch large Jets for several weeks that were grounded on Sept 11th, 2001?

I guess that was Gander, NF Land but there may have been others.

I like it!! Welcome to the barn. You will find that the folks here are great people that want to help with anything Model A. Very knowledgeable group of people. I would be lost without them!!!
