New technical article: Adding legroom to a 28/29 phaeton

One of our Tar Wheel A's members, George Goodridge of Durham, worked with me to document the process of adding five inches of legroom to his '29 phaeton project car. We are pleased to release this article for the use of anyone looking to attempt a similar modification.

Correct, he's not altering the body. Just moving legroom from the back seat to the front seat, as it were. You'll see in the article that it makes the back door somewhat cramped because the front seat now partially blocks it. He doesn't care because he doesn't plan to have many back seat riders.
