New Popout Cable

Hi Dan - from your last post it's clear that it's the outer cable that you want to replace, not just the inner wires.

Sorry about the mistake I made in Post 16 - I quoted for a 30/31 electrolock - not your 29!

I was confused by post 14. The body of your Electrolock in the Post 1 picture is 28/29 as far as I can tell.

For the 28 to mid 30. the author Cal Allan says - 'the cable is a hand tight press fit into the body'.

Importantly, he goes on to warn - 'if for some reason the cable moves out 1/8" the engine will stop. It is advisable to drill and tap for a screw to secure the cable to the body (see illustration 7).
