I won't take 90 but I'll take 120.00 INCLUDING shipping in the USA. It will fit all years and models.

Your stone guard is listed as 1930-31. A 1930 stone guard and a 1931 are NOT the same. I am not being critical but hopefully am helpful. The difference is the location of the oval opening thru which the radiator shell emblem is visible.

I am getting confused again. According to the parts books they take different brackets depending on the year and model of car and wether it has a spare tire on back.

So I will try and ask again what year and model of car did it come off of??

This luggage rack fits on the rear bumper bracket assembly so it should fit on all models. I have not had it on a car, it is still new in the box. I believe if you are using it without a rear mounted spare tire, you can use it as it is. If your car has a rear mounted spare tire, there are extension brackets available from Snyders for about 15.00. The car it was going to be used on is a 1930 Fordor sedan
