If it has four doors, center pillars (missing), and a back seat, it's a convertible sedan. A '39 convertible has two doors and a rumble seat.
It's a 4 door sedan convertible. I don't know how rare that makes it. Not suicide doors, front and back open the same way. The piece i was asking about goes between the front and back glass when both windows are rolled up. I believe it is a pillar post. I find zero info on this. I guess because convertibles are rare. I guess Ford figured you would always have the windows down when the top was down. I would love to find a pair, but realize I may have to fabricate a replacement, but I can't even find a picture of one.
Thanks
