Hi guys, I am not a frequent poster but have been on the Barn for a long time and have learned much from you that share your knowledge. Here is a picture of my new heads. They are new Evans. I bought them off eBay from a fellow whose name is Evans. He machines them and heat treats them.I gave up trying to find a good set of early aluminum ones. I am real happy with the quality and so far are running good on my run stand. They will be going in my 30 AV8. This engine was in my coupe and has over a 1000 miles so no harm in testing on a run stand. Just thought I would share.

These heads look great. I found this info in his posting:

Flathead ford 8ba style heads, EVANS name made from 356-t6 aluminum heat treated to T6 specs, these heads are thicker and hold more water than any other heads on the market, you will need to use head studs as the heads are thicker, i use speedway motors head stud kit, these heads are made by me in my cnc shop ,money back guarantee if not happy. thanks for looking
 
The intake is an original Edmunds Custom with dual 97's. Nice thing is these were polished as sold back in the day.
