Looking for a decent 1930-31 frame in good condition,located in the New England area. The later style frames have holes punched for the new style emergency brake cross bar on both sides of the frame (may have a plate over the hole) and also, many have the rear body mount brackets mounted toward the rear outside of the frame (preferred).
