New definition for "All Original"

I question the year being '31. The radiator shell and cowl lights are 28/29. Actually, I'm not sure what the cowl lights are. Plumbing parts perhaps

I wish him well selling his car.

Those Pinto engines are in much demand - and it may be worth it on that account alone. (Sarc. mode OFF)

It will be interesting to see where this one goes in the bidding. Sort of like watching grass grow methinks.

So what should the price be? Maybe 10K?

'For some reason a lot of ebay sellers don't post the questions and answers. They probably figure ignorance is bliss, and lets not give out any more information'

too bad ebay is set up this way. I would think that Q&A should be mandatory

I think we should continue to berate and throw down on him and show him who we really are, we could add this to the thread on how to get our youth interested in our cars. thought for a minute I was on the hamb

You guys do realize that the kid has a Shay replica and not an original Model A right? In good shape the Shays do bring $10-15K. It will have all Mustang II suspension, a 2.3L 4 banger and either SR4 or auto ******. They were licensed by Ford and build on their own chassis with a fiberglass body. Nothing is original Model A Ford on the Shay. Has anyone told the kid what he actually has? It should be titled as a '79 to '82 Ford or custom build. If the kid has the paperwork it should be easy for him to figure out what he has.

I am kinda feeling bad for this poor guy. Obviously he has no idea what he is doing or what he is listing. This is his very first time at selling on ebay also. Some one needs to get a hold of him and help him out. He is just going to get beat up some more. Just my 2 cents.
