Needed: Schrader #1822 valve stems

I am in need of 5 Schrader #1822 valve stems for my AA truck. They are 2-2/2 inches overall length and are shown in the center of the attached photo from the RG&JS.

Also the 5607 bridge washers and 725 hex nut.
