Guys,
Thanks for all the replies. If/when it ever cools off in my shop I'll try everything mentioned. Right now, and for the last couple of weeks, it's about a zillion degrees in there.
There are some issues mentioned in the last couple of days that I wouldn't have thought of.
Here in central Missouri it's just too hot to do much of anything except stay inside where it's nice and cool.

b-t-w; I just went back and reread this entire thread. I'm primed and stoked to get out there and get this thing fixed when it cools off some.
