Need Shoebox Ford Steering Wheel Part

I am looking for the round "donut shaped" metal piece that is found on the Crestliner steering wheel and is held in place by two long screws. It has slots that hold the horn ring in place. I think it's called the horn ring index plate. All leads appreciated. Thanks, JIM
