Need right front fender 1928 or 29

I can work wonders with sheet metal, but I have a right front fender that is missing so much metal on the down stream side where it bolts to the running boards its not funny. My finder has a wheel well, but I am looking for a replacement fender that can be fixed or a bad fender with the down stream end in ok shape. I would cut out the section needed and tig it on to what I have if I can find such a fender or replacement fender. Condition can be rough but must be reparable. Mind is bad for over a foot upstream from the running board end.
Can put lots of labor into it, but cannot afford a new fender. Any help appreciated. Located in Oxford ga. Would have to be within commute distance for pickup.

Fender need not be one with a wheel well. I can take care of that. Just need down stream end for patch work.
