need piston

hello everyone

I did a stupid thing, im 67 and ought to know better, i dropped a small screw into my spark plug hole in my 1948 flathead pick up engine. then i started it, big mistake. I need a piston, some rings and a valve.
It has an H stamped onto the head, can anyone help me. thank you it is a 6 cyl

You need to check for what oversize you have if not STD to...

Are you sure there is not cylinder wall damage? If you are going to replace a piston, at a minimum the clyinder would need to be honed I would think.
