Need id help on these parts

Need id help on these parts. Wrench is 11" long with 1 1/4" male and female ends.
I think the bracket may be brake but not exactly sure of their application.

The second picture looks like an emergency brake part.

no idea what the first one is.

the second sort of looks like one of the rear brake actuator lever and shaft. what ever it is, it is worn out.

I am guessing that the wrench is an offset wrench to get to a fastener that is not otherwise accessible. Note the flats on one end that could be turned with another wrench.
