Need help with a value

I have found a very, very, nice sound 1930 closed cab pickup. Straight, super solid, no filler anywhere! Complete but currently not running. Side mount spare. Some parts not original. One owner family.
Best older restoration I've found, but I think the guys a little high on price. He seems pretty firm on 10,000.00. These trucks are hard to find in my area in this condition. Expert opinions? Thanks!

Mitch,
that looks like the one that someone mentioned on here last week that was 6500.

it sold in a couple of hours and now, maybe, relisted?

I agree with Mitch. 10k for a non running truck is too much.
6-7k seems more appropriate, but hard to tell much with just that photo.

Can somebody educate me on what type of a 2 speed rear end it might have??
I'm familiar with the Columbia.

Had trouble adding photos earlier. What kind of body kit is that. It's not Ford but it looks like a store bought kit.

10K is too much for that truck. Right off the bat you will need new tubes and tires. More than likely, it needs interior work. You will probably have to pull the fuel tank and get it lined. Here are some "what if's" to consider. What if the engine is locked up solid and needs to be completed torn down and rebuilt? What if the starter is shot? What if it needs a new or rebuilt carburetor? What if the generator is frozen?
