Need help with 51' Custom doors

I'm building a 51' Custom, two door. I had a set of 49' NOS doors, that were in better shape than my original doors.
Now I'm having trouble finding door handles and latches. Do you have a resource for these parts?
Can I use 50-51 latches with 49 outside door handles? Please let me know your thoughts.
