Need Help with 35 Front Seat Adjuster

While attempting to install new upholstery in my 35 Fordor, I noticed that the seat adjusting rods were missing. I ran a search on the barn and found that one of the members recommended using 3/16 steel rod. I picked two up yesterday and started to measure for the correct length and when looking at the seat mount I see that something in missing where the rod connects to the sliding mechanism. Here is a picture. I know that one of the bearing pins is out (I'm cleaning off 75 years of crud). I assume that the adjusting rod attaches to the "T" shaped opening but how?
Thanks, Bob

This is the part you need. Also a small spring that I do not have goes on the outside with a pin through the small hole. I have two if you need them. Send email or private message.
