need help ID'ing Ford intake

I have a y-block intake manifold with ECB 9425-B on it. It looks like an original yellow paint still on it. Would this be Ford or Merc , and what year and engine size ? It has the older square carb bolt pattern , 4bbl.
Thanks for checking. I couldn't find ECB listed anywhere.???

I agree, '55 Mercs used that yellow color in 1955 on ECB-9425-B manifolds, however the manifold was also used on Ford and Thunderbirds in '55 with 4 barrel carbs.

1956 was different (ECZ-9425-A), and '57 changed again (ECZ-9425-B). The '57 intake had larger ports. All three intakes were used on Ford, T-Bird and Merc.
