Need dimensions for bumper cross brace

I am restoring a 1928 Fordor. When I got the car it did not have the rear bumper brackets or the cross brace. I picked up a set recently and am mounting them but the cross brace has been welded a few times. I'm not sure the length is correct. Can some one tell me the correct length of the brace. This one is 29 3/4 inches. It is the round tubular brace with 3 holes.

That's exactly what my 28 measures.
If you want an unwelded part, I'm sure my friend has one of those also.
I helped him haul home a lot of parts a week ago.

Same length as the cross braces I have also. With as many extra rear bumper arms as I have it is likely I have some extra cross braces also. Rod

On the subject of cross braces...I got the round headed bolts for the brace from Snyders or somewhere???

Two of the bolts are the correct length,,and two others are too long!!
Am I missing something
