Some of these old cars are like gettin' into a BAD MARRIAGE & are STUCK in it!---It seems worse, when you first wake up in the MORNING!

I'm in my 1930 coupe at a gas station today and an 83 year old man says he has one right down the road he would sale. Which is minutes from my house. Crazy. What do you think it's worth. It's a 1931 and hasn't ran in 3 years been parked a long time. He says he wants $7500 not a dime less and wants to know tomorrow. I felt this was a little high. What does The Barn think?
If I ever decide to liquidate my collection, I will advertise it in Texas. Obviously car values are substantially higher there than in the rest of the country. WayneIf it was here in Texas he'd have already sold it.
Maybe we should all chip in and buy it so the rod guys don't get it.. We can then sell it in OZ and make a huge profit
Just saw this on eBay. Thought I'd pass on the link for you guys to ponder over

Thanks everyone for their reply. I just left the gentleman's house. He would not budge from $7500. We walked away.
