Really looking great! I've never been in one of those trucks or even seen the mechanical details. Would love to see one some day . . . they just look really cool to me and I love the paint scheme you're using (to match your stable). Keep up the good work.

That is really looking great! Make a hell of a firewood hauler! If I didn't have so many other projects I'd grab up one of those( I know where a pickup and a 1-1/2 ton are).

Thank u members for the nice compliments. I had a rain day yesterday and found time to install the chrome. Hopefully have the flatbed on this weekend.

I'd sure be stoked at this stage - almost ready to drive it! Make sure you take a video of the debut - we'd all love to "be there" with yah. :)

B&S, Yeah, past few evenings ive been putting time into it.. Being careful, don't wanna make any mistakes. Been stoked at work and waiting to get home to work on her. I will take a video when finished. :)

Looks GREAT and the "flatbed" will really add "class" to your truck! I have a '34 pickup as well as a '37 1 1/2 ton dump that is getting close to the "finish line"..... just need more time and $$$$.

Royal,Totto & Mark. Thank u for the comp's. It's been a goal of mine to this truck and to dress it up like so for many years. I have about 750 hrs in it right now with the help of my younger brother. It's been a challenge on hunting correct replacement parts and of course having the time & $ to do this. When it's completed and I take out first ride, I'm gonna go get a steak dinner and a cold one! Today I cut, drilled and mounted all the white oak rough cut boards. It's a heavy bed! Used (9) 1 & 3/4" planks, (2) 3" beams, and 1" rack sides. Next thing To accomplish is installing the dual exhaust, installing the headliner kit, reskinned bench seat, mount the bed, rear lights and knock all the wheels to paint.
AND HOPEFULLY FINISHED!

Never been a fan of the Jailbar front ends, up until now...That color combination with the added shined up bars just plain 'ol does it for me...I am now a fan..

And last pic with the rack sides. This bed took 322 bolts!

Sweet. Great work! I have a jail bar pickup that was done when I got it. I am just working on the stuff that wasn't done right the first time!

A guy in our local club is restoring a 35 stake body. Cool trucks. Your M-H is something special.

Thank you. Show us some pics of your pickup!
