My friend Herb

[2manycars]

My friend Herb Savage turned 90 years old yesterday. That in itself is a feat many of us will not achieve. Adding to that is the fact that he has driven his Model T Ford 120,000 miles. He still drives it every day the weather is decent, and some days it is not decent.

Congratulations to Herb. I hope i can still drive when I reach 90. He must be pretty proud.

Happy be -lated birthday Herb.Keep on doing what you are doing .I am not even close to 90 and it takes me all day to do what I use to do all day.Or is that all night ?

Sad to say that Herb died 4-18-11. A great loss for all who knew him.

sorry to hear that we need more old timers to keep the ford hobbie alive as HENRY would delight in seeing his car coming down a dirt road at him!!

Sorry for the loss of your friend.
Aren't you glad that you posted your post, when you did. If you had put it off, it would have been too late. Sometimes, we learn these things, too late.
