Mustang Replacement Tire Date Code

I have a 1966 Mustang that had these polyester Goodyear tires on it when I bought it. I am looking to find out what the date of mfg. is for these tires. I believe by the DOT #CYH1B8661202 that these were manufactured in 2002. Can someone tell me if this is correct or am I reading this wrong? Thanks, JimOH
