I am used to seeing the red center caps with the red white and blue ribbon behind the horse, but I can not seem to figure out what year or years these are for. These are some of the parts from my recent purchase of the parts stored in buildings at an old salvage yard. Anyone care to enlighten me on these caps? Thanks Rod
