You need to be very careful in taking it apart as it can & will HURT you.. You should have the tool made be K.R.Wilson for just that job..DO NOT take the little nuts lose with out the center being clamped down, You may have a throw bearing for lunch !!..Best to find some one that has tool & has done one...

You can get apart using a shop press. However you will need some type of alignment jig to properly assemble it.
Go to www.ocmafc.com, the web site of the Orange County Model A Ford Club (Southern California. On the home page there is a menu on the left. Scroll down to "tech articles" and click. It will bring up a new menu. At the top is my name, click on it and it will bring up a list of articles. Scroll down to the one titled "Multi-disk clutch" and click on it.
The article is an adobe file you can download and print. It should be able to walk you through the whole process.
