Multiple Disc Clutch

I recently disassembled my clutch. I thought it looked pretty straight forward, but after cleaning and starting reassemble I have run into several questions.

1. How many of the discs have thicker teeth? is there one or two? ( Speaking of the metal discs)
2..Are the metal discs supposed to be concave? If so, which way does the concave face?
3. Are there supposed to be lock washers under the nuts?
4. Some of my linings are riveted together and some are in one piece....which are best?
5. Can the discs be relined, if so, where and the cost?

Thanks Bob C. This answered all my questions except I wonder if anyone has a KW Wilson tool or some other method to assemble the clutch.

I use a threaded rod about 12 to 18 inches long to assemble and take apart the clutch pack.

Just remember to put the one disc with the small V notch (wide teeth disc) towards the rear of the pack, since it moves the least amount.
