Mounting tires

In reading the judging standards I see that the balancing marks on the tires should align with the valve stem so I suppose that the tire brand name can be anywhere, not aligned with the valve stem. Hubcap script is perpendicular to the valve stem. Am I correct?

I just centered the wording with the valve stem too, especially on the spare. I think it just looks better! (like someone cares) and then use Dyna beads to balance them. This may not be to the J.S>
