Motor & Quickchange Oils?

I dragged my old roadster out of the barn after sitting for 5 years or so. I live in Upstate NY so I only will be driving it till the weather gets cold. My Halibrand V8 Quickchange dripped a little gear oil over the years so I drained it down and can't remember what gear oil I use to run. (#1) What's a good weight gear oil (don't run it hard) and (#2) What's a good weight motor oil for my Flathead. I think I use to run straight 30 weight oil. Thanks, Jim

Halibrand suggested Valvoline 80/90 synthetic blend for my V8 Q/C. As for the engine, a good 10W30 is all a flathead in good shape needs, or 20W50 if it's a liittle loose. IMO. :)
